Audrey is so accommodating and helpful! We have our monthly meeting here and it is just perfect! We always say how we would love to be a resident there. It is always clean and there is always something going on!

Summerhouse Park Provence is such a nice facility! In addition to assisted living, they have a few meetings rooms that they allow local organizations to use. The staff is always welcoming and kind. They go above and beyond for our organization as we meet there monthly!

Summerhouse Park Provence is not like any Senior Living Community I have ever seen. It is warm and inviting, and very clean! I have attended several events there, and each one has been so much fun. I love seeing the residents get involved in these events, enjoying themselves, and having fun. The staff is always so helpful and very friendly. Honestly, this is the place that has set the bar for the standard of senior care that we need for our loved ones…at let me tell you, Park Provence has that bar set way up high!!

I worked here many many years ago and I came back to work again. Nothing has changed since I left. It’s still a wonderful place to work and live. I have personally referred my own family members here. Best Senior Living in Slidell.

I just went to a cookie decorating event here and it was wonderful. Audrey was an exceptional hostess, treating us to delicious appetizers and a variety of beverages. I look forward to attending more events in the future.

Summerhouse is the most amazing place I've ever been in. The outside grounds, interior, individual apartments and overall atmosphere are all beautiful. The activities coordinator is amazing at planning and implementing groups and activities for the residents. I would highly recommend Summerhouse Park Provence.

Park Provence is one of the most beautiful senior living communities I’ve seen. The 17 acres of well-maintained grounds, complete with a picturesque pond and walking path, create such a peaceful environment. The memory care feels like home the moment you walk into a resident’s room, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors. The care and attention to detail here are truly impressive!

We moved my parents into Summerhouse Park Provence a month ago and I have been so happy with our choice. From the moment we first stepped foot in the residence lobby, we felt at home. The staff has been so warm and inviting, they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyones needs are met. The meals are delicious and nutritious. Overall, the best part however is my parents can now enjoy this time in their lives while they engage with both new and old friends during the activities, outings, exercise hour, in the dining hall or in the beautiful courtyard. This was without a doubt the best decision for my parents to become part of the Summerhouse Park Provence family.

My mother resides here and she really loves it! She gets the best care from the staff. It feels like family! The environment is more like a resort than an assisted living facility and it’s very clean, which my mom especially loves. There are many activities at the facility to participate in making it so enjoyable. And there are a variety of entertainers who come to sing at the Friday socials. Besides the wonderful care she receives here, there’s never a dull moment!

My sister and I toured Summerhouse Park Provence recently. We found it to be very clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and lots of places to walk. We were invited to lunch by the Marketing Director, Audrey who was kind and very professional. The lunch we had was delicious and dining out quality. Our server, Nicole was a wonderful and a very professional server. Our total experience with our tour was over and above our expectations.Brenda and Liz

Audrey shared 3.5 hours of time with me and my brother discussing the options for assisted living, financial obligations, activities, and a tour of multiple apartments. We were very impressed by the facility and the kindness of the staff. Hoping our mother secures a spot when she is ready to move.

Audrey, Tina and the entire staff took my mom in and made this entire transition as smooth as possible. They assured us that 3 weeks there, mom would love it and feel right at home. They were right. My mom is living her best life, has made friends, and loves her new home.Thank you is not enough!!!!

The staff there are always incredibly friendly and include everyone in all of their festivities and activities. It shows how much they truly care for the health and wellbeing of all of their residents. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a safe and clean place for their loved ones.

I visited there for business purposes and fell in love with the people & peaceful atmosphere! The pond and garden area are spectacular.The caregivers seem to genuinely like their jobs and it shows. Audrey and Susan go above and beyond for all. I look forward to my next trip there.

We toured SummerHouse on Mardi Gras Day. We were looking for a place to move my father in law to. My husband and I made an appointment with Audrey and I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Community! They had just had their annual Mardi Gras Ball and the room was still decorated beautifully for it. We toured the entire facility and one area was better than the next! We met residents and staff members. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The entire place was spotless! We met with Audrey for two and a half hours! She answered every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource! I would consider moving here if that time would ever come. I would highly recommend SummerHouse to anyone who wants a top knock and caring facility!

Words can not express the attention to detail and commitment ….this community is top notch!! From the love, support and good times they give their residents is nothing compared to what I have experienced with any other community. This Assisted Living Facility is top notch! The place is very clean, all of the staff is so friendly and always smiling and the residents look like they have so much fun and really enjoy living there. If you are looking for a smaller community that feels like they take care of you like family, this is a great option.

Went to SummerHouse Park Provance today for the Holiday Baazar Punch Party! Let me start out by just saying we were a vendor & this is the most well thought out and put together vendor show. The building is beautiful! The staff is amazing and so welcoming. Audrey who put the show on is an absolute sweet heart. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and makes you feel so welcomed. We will be back for more shows that they put on in the future. I would give 20 stars if I could!
